Under normal usage, the maintenance work of gas generator units should be carried out in accordance with the prescribed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance requirements. Through these specific maintenance measures, it is possible to promptly detect any abnormal sounds, actions, appearances, temperatures, pressures, and odors in the unit, in order to inspect and adjust the unit in a timely manner, and then address them in a targeted manner to ensure normal operation of the unit. In these maintenance requirements, special attention should be paid to the following three aspects of inspection and maintenance:

由于本机组运行部件多，运行部件工作条件差，大部分处于高温高冲击载荷下，需要润滑的部件多，对润滑系统的可靠性要求严格。因此，有必要检查润滑油系统的油质、油位、油温和油压，并注意离心过滤器和滤油器的清洗，以避免润滑不良引起的机组部件磨损增加，缩短机组部件的使用寿命。

Due to the large number of operating components and poor working conditions of this unit, most of them are under high temperature and high impact loads, and there are many components that require lubrication. Therefore, the reliability of the lubrication system is strictly required. Therefore, it is necessary to check the oil quality, oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure of the lubricating oil system, and pay attention to the cleaning of the centrifugal filter and oil filter to avoid increased wear of the unit components caused by poor lubrication and shorten the service life of the unit components.

(2)空气过滤器的检查和维护。

如果空气滤清器工作良好，将有效避免因进气阻力大导致压降大而导致涡轮增压器漏油；还可以避免涡轮增压器压气机因流量减少而产生的喘振现象。因此，定期清洁空气过滤器，必要时更换新的滤芯。纸质滤芯可在潮湿区域移除。检查并调整相关间隙和角度。主要是火花塞间隙、气门间隙、气门正时的检查和调整。

If the air filter works well, it will effectively avoid turbocharger oil leakage caused by high pressure drop due to high intake resistance; It can also avoid the surge phenomenon caused by flow reduction in the turbocharger compressor. Therefore, regularly clean the air filter and replace it with a new filter element if necessary. Paper filter cartridges can be removed in damp areas. Check and adjust the relevant clearances and angles. Mainly involves checking and adjusting the spark plug clearance, valve clearance, and valve timing.

燃气发电机组运行一段时间后，火花塞间隙会变大是正常现象。如果间隙增加到0.89毫米，火花塞就会着火，导致机组运行不稳定，甚停止。因此，应定期检查和调整，同时应火花塞及其螺纹处的积碳，以确保其易于使用。

It is normal for the spark plug gap to increase after a period of operation of a gas generator set. If the gap increases to 0.89mm, the spark plug will catch fire, causing unstable operation of the unit and even stopping. Therefore, regular inspections and adjustments should be carried out, and carbon deposits at the spark plugs and their threads should be eliminated to ensure their ease of use.

此外，长期运行后，气门间隙会因配气机构的磨损和松动而发生变化，因此应定期检查和调整气门间隙。正常情况下，气门正时不需要调整。当机组各缸工作状态异常时，检查指针上止点指示的位置是否正确，检查传动系统的齿轮传动标记是否对齐，整个系统的装配关系和气门间隙是否正确。如果检查和调整后仍与规定值相差较大，应考虑凸轮轴或齿轮传动部件是否损坏，必要时进行修理或更换。

In addition, after long-term operation, the valve clearance may change due to wear and looseness of the valve mechanism, so it is necessary to regularly check and adjust the valve clearance. Under normal circumstances, the valve timing does not need to be adjusted. When the working status of each cylinder in the unit is abnormal, first check whether the position indicated by the top dead center of the pointer is correct, check whether the gear transmission marks of the transmission system are aligned, and whether the assembly relationship and valve clearance of the entire system are correct. If there is still a significant difference from the specified value after inspection and adjustment, it is necessary to consider whether the camshaft or gear transmission components are damaged and repair or replace them if necessary.
